FRESH FARM

As part of Fresh Hotel’s evolving approach to contemporary Mediterranean hospitality, FRESH FARM connects our guests to the slower rhythms of Greek agricultural living through seasonal nourishment, botanical experiences and thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

Located in Avlida, Central Greece, FRESH FARM is our agricultural space where we produce extra virgin olive oil, olives and seasonal fruits and vegetables, while collaborating with small independent producers across Greece who share our commitment to quality, sustainability and mindful cultivation.

Rooted in biodynamic farming practices, a form of organic farming , the farm follows a hands-on and seasonal approach to agriculture, from soil preparation and harvesting to composting and natural cultivation methods. Guided by the rhythms of nature and the Mediterranean landscape, FRESH FARM supports the daily life of Fresh Hotel through ingredients, sensory rituals and experiences inspired by contemporary Greek wellbeing and slow nourishment.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Our extra virgin olive oil boasts a deep, brilliant green colour with a fresh and peppery taste. It’s produced in early October from green, unripe olives grown in our own farm. To ensure superior quality, the olive oil is extracted within a few hours after harvest in the local press mill.

OLIVES

The renowned Kalamata olives are harvested by hand from olive trees grown on Fresh Farm, only after ripening. The natural debittering process takes several months. Kalamata olives have a soft texture and their taste is rich and fruity.

MARMALADE

Our marmalades are produced in small batches using seasonal fruits from
FRESH FARM.
Inspired by the slower rhythms of Mediterranean living, each recipe highlights
the natural character of the fruit through simple preparation methods and carefully balanced sweetness.
