Every Friday at Fresh Hotel we host CORE OLIVE OIL TASTING. Guided by a certified Olive Oil Sommelier, guests will:

      • Master the official olive oil tasting technique
      • Learn the main stages of olive oil production
      • Understand the difference between extra virgin and virgin olive oil
      • Discover how to store olive oil properly 
      • Taste 4 distinct extra virgin olive oils, each representing a different variety and region of Greece

EXTENDED OLIVE OIL TASTING

Guided by a certified Olive Oil Sommelier, guests will:

      • Master the official olive oil tasting technique
      • Understand the key differences between olive oil and seed oils
      • Learn the main stages of olive oil production
      • Distinguish between extra virgin and virgin olive oil
      • Discover how to store olive oil properly
      • Taste 5 distinct extra virgin olive oils, each representing a different variety and region of Greece

The experience concludes with a light snack, featuring a cheese platter served with breadsticks and marmalade, the perfect finish to this sensory journey.

      • Taste 5 distinct extra virgin olive oils, each representing a different variety and region of Greece

After the tasting, guests will enjoy a Greek degustation menu featuring local recipes paired with the extra virgin olive oils presented, an exploration of how olive oil enhances flavor and transforms food into an expression of culture.
