AGORA CONFERENCE HALL
Blending contemporary design with advanced technology, AGORA is a sophisticated conference hall designed for impactful meetings, presentations, and corporate gatherings. Filled with natural daylight and thoughtfully curated interiors, the space creates an inspiring environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.
At the heart of the venue, a striking built-in video wall measuring 3.5 x 2 metres delivers an immersive audiovisual experience, complemented by state-of-the-art technology and seamless connectivity throughout the space. AGORA accommodates up to 60 delegates, offering a refined setting for conferences, seminars, workshops, and executive events.
SYNTHESIS CONFERENCE HALL
The Synthesis Conference Hall offers a versatile setting for everything from corporate conferences and business meetings to private events and celebrations. Bathed in natural daylight, its three fully equipped meeting rooms feature audiovisual and lighting technology, accommodating up to 40 guests each.
For larger gatherings, the spaces can seamlessly combine into one expansive venue, hosting up to 120 guests in Theatre setup, 60 in Classroom setup, and 40 in U-shape or Cabaret setup. A private dining room is also available for more intimate occasions of up to 15 guests.
Equipment & services include, among others:
- Audio visual equipment: data projector, overhead projector, DVD, video, microphone, fax service etc.
- Technical support throughout the events upon request
- Complimentary enhanced wi-fi access
- Laptop and tablet rental (upon request)
PINDAROS EVENTS SPACE
Perched on the top floor of the hotel’s new wing, PINDAROS is a sophisticated event space offering stunning views of the Acropolis and the Athenian skyline. Ideal for private receptions, cocktail gatherings, and celebrations, the venue accommodates up to 70 guests in both seated and standing arrangements. Its flexible layout includes an all-glass meeting room accommodating up to 24 delegates.
ATHINAS HALL
The brand-new Athinas Hall, thoughtfully designed by the acclaimed Paola Navone – OTTO Studio, is a sophisticated and versatile venue, ideal for executive meetings, creative workshops, private presentations, and exclusive events. Located on the first level of the hotel’s new wing, overlooking Athinas Street, the 40 sqm venue with natural daylight creates an inspiring and productive atmosphere. It features a private bar, dedicated restroom facilities, and a state-of-the-art 75″ Samsung Flip Pro Interactive Display with an integrated camera for seamless hybrid meetings and presentations.
Accommodating between 15 and 40 delegates, Athinas Hall offers an elegant, contemporary setting where design, comfort, and technology come together to create memorable business and social events.
